El Quincho is an Argentinian BBQ restaurant situated at the Riverside Market in Christchurch.

The brief was to create a space that reflects the life and vibrancy of Argentina, and to produce an authentic South American experience. El Quincho is a wood- fired BBQ where Argentinians meet, cook asado and share it with those they love. The use of bold colours, charred timber and eclectic furniture reflects a South American streetscape and creates a memorable, social dining experience for everyone to enjoy. Their BBQ is amazing too!!!
